Privacy policy
ANODO is a TaxBooks CFO product. This policy explains what we collect when you visit anodo.taxbookscfo.com or join the ANODO early access list, why we collect it and the choices you have. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean TaxBooks CFO.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Your email address and, if you choose to add it, your phone number.
- Signup details. The date you joined and which form or link you used (for example, the pop-up or a LinkedIn post), so we know which channels help people find ANODO.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
We do not ask for financial data on this website, and we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
How we use it
- To send you a welcome email and tell you when your ANODO access opens.
- To send occasional updates about ANODO. Every email lets you opt out.
- If you gave a phone number, to call you about setting up your access. We do not send marketing text messages.
- To understand which channels bring people to ANODO, in aggregate.
We use your details on the basis of your consent when you join the list. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
- Brevo stores the early access list and sends our emails.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
These providers may process data in the United States, the European Union or other countries, under their own data protection terms.
Your browser
The site remembers in your browser whether you have closed or completed the early access pop-up, so it does not keep appearing. This is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are on the early access list or using ANODO. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your details from the list, keeping only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, for example in California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children
ANODO is a service for businesses. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your details, we will tell you by email.
